Post Box Incesu Malatya

Hi

Can anyone help? the mail box in Incesu where you could collect your mail for both Incesu and Malatya has now a sign on it which we do not understand and all the mail that was there has now gone. Does anyone know what has happened to the box regarding delivery of mail ?

Any thoughts much appreciated.
