Computer wizard Esentepe/Talisu area

I very much need a computer wizard to help with my laptop. Especially someone who has a Windows 7 Ultimate installation disc. Something is amiss with the laptop in that I can start it in safe mode but it just stops when try to start Windows normally. Something is up and I think the installation disc and its recovery systems should be able to help. Many thanks if anybody's out there in the area.
