Electic Multimeter or Similar - Where can I buy??

Hi I am trying to buy a electrical meter to measure volts, amps and ohms. Any ideas wher I can locate one to buy?

I think that I saw one in TAYF (aka Marshalls ) that would be OK for general electrical work. Not really suitable for faultfinding on electronic equipment tho'...

What do you need it for?
