Small bags ready mixed sand & cement or concrete

Does anyone know if/where I can buy smallish bags of the above titled? Preferably East side of Girne.

Have never found any, but the Yapi across the road from Supreme (Catalkoy) sells cement loose (in poly bags), and I suspect he would also sell small quantities of sand. Google will tell you the correct mix proportion.

Coban do 20 kg bags of sand and cement at 11tl/bag.
