Have you tried Kamiloğlu Hospital, Girne, they do all sorts of scans there.
English speaking receptionist and very helpful give them a call and ask for the information

I had an MRI at Kamiloglu (not cervical) but it was TL300 if memory serves me correctly.

I walked off the street and asked for an MRI scan on my back at the NEU, just over a year ago. Charged me 400tl. Have learned since that I should have asked price first and done a deal.
