We have been struggling to find a suitable 3 bed unfurnished property without a pool so we have come to the conclusion that 'maybe' we should buy one.

We are looking for a 3 bed villa or bungalow without a pool and all the electric, water etc must be in order, taxes paid and the Kocan must be in the owners name.

The area's we would consider would be from Catalkoy to Alsancak/Lapta.

We have approx £75k to spend (cash is in a TRNC bank waiting to be spent!).

where are you bernie/ There are several very reliable , honest estate agents here who will do their best to find what you are looking for. I know of a flat for sale (which i wil be putting on here shortly) which i realise is no good for you, but quite often there are private sales as well.
if you want to pm me, I will send you a list of those that I know to be honest and reliable, or I would suggest you do a goodgle search and you will find plenty of agents, PLUS be able to look at lots of property on line before actually approaching any agent direct. And of course, if you are not living in North Cyprus, the internet is an invlauable tool.

There are plenty of Kibkomers who will try to help, so i am sure you can find the place of your dreams, .
But you say yuou cannot find a place to rent - could I ask how you have tried? or is it that the rentals are too high.

The reason for putting my request on the forum is that there may well be people that would be quite happy dealing direct and cutting out the agent and their fees, it gives the seller more room to negotiate.

Unfurnished property is hard to come by unless you want a flat, which we don't.
