Multimax Working Hours During Bayram

All our offices will be closed on Thursday (1st day of Bayram)

Girne and Lefkosa office will be open half day on Friday (2nd day of Bayram) and half day on Saturday (3rd day of Bayram).

Magusa office will be open half day on Saturday (3rd day of Bayram).

We will not be closing on 29th October bank holiday. ALL our offices will be open full day on Monday onwards.

Telephone support (0548 8886629) will be operational throughout the week as normal(~9am-~2am) although with limited staff (there might be times where we cannot answer many simultaneous calls). If you call and no answer, please try again in a short while.

May I request that if you are unforunate enough to have a unexpected problem during that period you let us know by text. It helps so much if we need to be in contact with someone urgently to know whether it is our equipment or the service which is the fault , and if we need to make contact by other means(eg phone). Then I am sure if there is a problem most people will respect Bayram and not phone you unless absolutely necessary

Yes, the offices will be open 9am-1pm on friday and saturday.

also, we close for one day, at least allow us to be optimistic and not expect any serious issues

On a serious note, we will be running with a skeleton staff for the next few days for normal operations but rest assured we will have plenty of staff on call if anything goes crazy.
