Having booked a return flight to UK with Pegasus for this coming weekend I then found I was unable to use the flights as I had to return to UK earlier than planned.
I contacted Pegasus twice by email, no response.
I have just called them in their UK call centre....they could not find any trace of me on my designated flights despite having had a reminder email from them this morning. I gave my booking number, name, flight details.......no....was not on the system.
The young man suggested I find out my ticket number (which I did) and call him back (which I did). He found me immediately. I told him I wanted to cancel my flight and without any argument, he said a full refund (quoted what I had paid) would be in my bank 7-10 days time. If this happens, and I feel confident it will then I am delighted as I thought I would have a fight on my hands just to get my taxes back.
