Has anyone stayed at this hotel?

Just doing some research for friends who wish to stay their.

Constructive comments will be very much appreciated.

Stayed at this Hotel a few years ago, a lovely hotel run by a friendly family. The downsides were an expensive bar and the distance from the main road. Unless you hire a car it's a long walk to the road and especially at night it's very dark, we hired a car from the hotel more expensive than normal car hire. Not on a beach but there is a wooded balcony for sunbathing, there is a beach a little further away but it wasn't very clean.
No children under 12.

A strong seller with us , Hussein the owner had the front block completely refurbished over winter , rooms are larger than average , It is a little off the beaten track but only a 4 minute coastal walk to Tanners terrace , Car hire would be handy .

Car hire is essential if you want to go into Girne unless you walk to the main road about 1/2 hr to get a dolmus.

We had friends stay there about 2 years ago. They said it was very clean, friendly place and good service. Drinks and meals a bit pricey.
