20 Years Celebration for KAR

20 Years- what an achievement !

Many TRNC residents, and visitors, have given their support over the last 20 years to help KAR to help the animals here. To celebrate the anniversary of the 20th year of KAR there will be planned celebration events throughout the year.

The first of these events will be the KAR Dog Show & Spring Fayre to be held on Sunday 30th April at the Wednesday Market area, Girne. This years show will be extra special with an additional Anniversary class as well as the 10 fun classes, with Certificates, special Rosettes and prizes.

On May 16th KAR are inviting VIPs and members of the public to an Open Day event to show off the wonderful KAR Rescue Centre. This will be a chance for everyone to see some of achievements made there and to meet some of the many dogs and cats in KAR care .

Then on Sunday May 21st, also at the centre, KAR are holding Dog Fest ( a Dog Walk and Picnic). You can bring your own dogs or walk one of the many in KAR care who are always excited about joining in a walk !

In addition there will be coffee mornings, lunches etc planned - the dates of which will be announced closer to the time.

KAR would like your continued support to celebrate their 20th year, and beyond, and hope that you will join with them in their celebrations? Please tell your family and friends the news of KAR events so that they can join the party !!!!
