Can anyone recommend a good watch repairer ? Cheers

I've always found Akay Optics to be pretty good. There is also Des Roberts in Lapta but don't know how much work he is still doing. Someone may know and also have his phone number.

Yes I can thoroughly recommend a guy who has a small shop almost opposite the KibTek offices. He sells all sorts of things but he is very good with repairs for watches and clocks. I have used him for years. I believe his name is Ali and quite an elderly gentleman.

I fully agree with crofter. Ali is a very good and experienced watch repairer, he did many different ones for me during the past years. He has more than 50 years experience with all kind of mechanical watches, very familiar with the old Omegas etc. Of course also knowing the modern stuff incl. smaller things like quality battery change etc. His knowledge of English is very good and you can always get a good advice from him, very helpful gentleman.
