Multimax VPN

I have just had a new hard drive and windows 10 installed into my laptop and want to install MM's VPN - Does anyone have any idea how to do this?

I have looked at MM's website but the instructions to follow are not what I am seeing on my computer!

Click on the Internet icon and then click on add a VPN connection
Then enter the following:
Connection name: Muktimax VPN
Server name: vpn.multimax cyprus. com
Type of sign in : Username and password
Username : tvmax
Password: tvmax

Sue. select connection protocol type L2TP/IPsec with certificate as well

Groucho, I have done all the instructions for my laptop (Win10) but got message:
Can't connect to Multimax VPN
The remote connection was not made because the name of the remote access server did not resolve.
Any ideas please as I don't know what the remote access server is! Many thanks for speedy reply please.
Also I assume that the sign in details are exactly what you have ie tvmax??
