Multimax Security Key - Where is it?

I've just got a new computer, and it is asking me to put in the security key number. Is it a number that Multimax give you, or is it one of the numbers underneath the router? I have tried all the numbers I can find, and none seem to work. Help.

Hi

To connect a PC to your wifi network you will need your wifi security key, which is set on the router / wifi ap in your house.

There are various potential ways to obtain the wifi password after it has been set if you do not know it. If you email me with your multimax customer name at erolz@cream.org I will give you a call and help you out one way or another.

Yet again, fantastic service by Multimax, and how long did that take?. Even on a Sunday, Erol was prepared to help me out, and I can now connect to the internet on my new computer. Great, thanks again. Stella
