Increase in Property prices

I've noticed over the last few weeks that there seems to be an increase in re-sale Property prices. Has anyone else noticed this? Is there a reason for prices increasing all of a sudden?

Dont know really but my house value has increased by £25000 in four years.Must be something to do with all the increased investments here ie tower blocks shops and hotels by the dozen.

There was a suggestion that if erdogan won the referendum more turkish mainlanders will buy here to live . 50 $% love him the other 50 not to keen .

Remember - it doesn't matter what the agent will value your house at (not forgetting they want your business and often over inflate over other agents).....
... it's only worth what someone else is willing to pay for it!
