Kodi changes??
i have noticed changes to Kodi After updating to krypton 17.3. no longer able to get a lot of addons which were on Kodi 16.

I don't think that it's anything to do with your update, a lot of addons have been removed due to pressure from copyright holders - see Navek's excellent threads on KODI for more information.
