Greatstone lapta Auction

Hi
Once again I am posting to ask for support in our efforts to have this auction stopped and are looking for people to attend the auction set for Sunday the 19th JULY starting 10.00am until 12.00 noon at the cumaci cafe in Lapta village just across from Bakkel supermarket. We have managed to have 1 auction postponed and at an other persuaded a bidder to withdraw his bid but worry that multiple bids could be placed at this auction.

We had contact with deputy prime minister Serder Denktash who said he would help us but he has allowed 2 auctions to take place and not come to our aid so I think it down to us to get as much attention and support in our attempt to get the auction stopped.

If you are able to attend the auction and lend your support it would be greatly appreciated.
Regards
Charles Callaghan

No good expecting him to do anything, nor anyone else in power unless they are going to make something out of it!

If I were still living there you would have my full support.

Charles
The 19th July is a Wednesday, do you mean the 16th July?

No one in a position of authority is willing to support home owners. I bought a house 10 years ago on land belonging to Hasan Sungur PRESIDENT of the Estate Agents Union. He had Contracted with a builder Cafer Yugelgazi to build houses at Incesu, Alsancak. 8 Houses were sold through Remax Golden Estates, one of the partners of Remax is/was Dengis Kursat VICE PRESIDENT of the Estate Agents Union. They Advised buyers to use ONE Advacate - Ayhan Shener (She is not even an Advocate but the wife of an Advocate - We did not find that out until after the first year when Hasan Sungur changed the estate plan and removed the buyers gardens/land.) He also messed up the contracts all the buyers are still waiting for their houses after 10 years.

Unfortunately I am out the country at the moment so cannot attend, I hope you get a good turn out of expats to assist with stopping any bids being put in, it was a good result last time, lets hope for the same again.
Good luck to all on the site.
