As of 12:26pm 17/07/2017 mine seems to be working fine...
I'm with a different ISP though.
Norbid will probably get a more relevant answer if he rings his Internet Service Provider!

I have just dowloades a large file and speeds of up to 3.5 M/b were noted, again with a different ISP.

Try with a download accelerator like this one https://www.internetdownloadmanager.com/ Mike and I suspect you will get a much faster download, maybe even up to 10 times faster.
