Reliable Taxi service needed

We have a family of five, one adult and four children coming out to stay in our neighbours villa up here in Malatya for three weeks starting 26th September.
They don't wish to drive anywhere while here on holiday, and are looking for a reliable taxi service that will come up to Malatya to take them each day if needed for shopping, the beach and out for meals in the eavenings. And arrange for the return journey back to Malatya.
