Does anyone have the number for us to contact Kibtec about too high voltage coming into the house - we are in Catalkoy and have had to have service engineers out twice in the last week to repair our 6 month old cooker - they have tested the voltage coming in and said it is too high and that is what is causing the capacitors to blow.
Thanks

Re: Kibtec telephone number to report a fault
When we've had problems with poles, external wiring or power cuts when others have not, we have always called 0392 815 2223. Asked to speak to someone in English, if no one was available, someone called back a few minutes later who spoke English, or at least tried to and between us, we managed to understand each other. usually problems corrected quite quickly.

Re: Kibtec telephone number to report a fault
We had the same problem a few years ago, we reported it to the Kibtek engineer office which is in the same road as the general Kibtek office but a few doors up walking away from seaside on same side of road. The entrance is fairly nondescript and small and the offices are up a steep set of internal stairs. Within 2 hours of reporting it the engineers were out, the fix took about 10 minutes. It's done at the transformer so all your neighbours are likely to be suffering damage too. Sorry I don't have a number for them.
