Clean the filters it sounds like they are blocked and causing the evaporator coil to become a solid block of ice.

Also, look in the What`s On Where Guide which is based in the Esentepe, Kucuk Erenkoy are, lots of contacts in there. http://www.thewhatsonwhere.com. Ad for air con repair this months (Aug).
