Very confused re my Electronic Visa

I have the above which says it is valid from 5th July 2017 UNTIL 31st December 2017, but immediately underneath it says it is valid for 90 days. 90 days would bring me to 3rd October. As I need to go to Ankara for serious eye treatment, I don't want to end up being in Turkey illegally. I have read the small print on the E Visa and it doesn't explain the anomaly. Can anyone help please. asap would be appreciated. Thanks

It will be valid for 180 days - of which you can stay or go in a maximum of 90 days in that 180 day period.

Ljarvo is correct. You can only stay in Turkey for a maximum of 90 days in any 180 day period.
