Boundary Wall.
A stone wall separate the boundary between our Villa and our neighbours Villa.
Does anyone know who would be responsible for the maintanence of the wall and who is the legal owner.?

Re: Boundary Wall.
Whoever paid for it owns it, or if the boundary has not been pinned recently by satellite it depends whose land it is on.
Boundaries can now be up to 2m different, the satellite is the one that is correct no matter how long the house has been built!

Re: Boundary Wall.
Hi Art, I guess your neighbour is the same one you had hoped would share legal costs to get your kocan(s) and who subsequently reneged on the deal. Whatever, hopefully, your wall quandary has been satisfactorily resolved in your favour. Hi to M.
