Estate Agents Fees

I am seeking information on the percentage fees Estate Agents charge on a resale property.
Fees are for single and multiple agency. Many thanks.

5% mutiple agencies - 4% foe sole agency for one year. However depending on the property and the price you want, you can get it for less.
