Looking to purchase/rent for 2013

I will be making a visit from UK to Kyrenia next week from 8th to 15th November as an exploratory trip with a view to either a purchase or rent from early 2013. If anyone has property for sale or rent and is interested in meeting me during my visit I look forward to hearing from you and possibly meeting up during the course of my stay.

If you could narrow your search with a rough guide price and an area you prefer I am sure you will find that you will save yourself and other peoples time.

If I decide to purchase, looking to invest about 150k. Not sure of area, which is the reason I am visiting to have a look, so have an open mind at this stage, same basically applies if I go the rental route.
