Brown water in house taps

Can anyone help with this please... water is dirty and don't know what to do about it thank you

Our Alsancak water was a pale brown for about 2 days and stank of sewage. Was about to go to Belediye with a bottle of the stuff when suddenly it cleared. Hasn't happened since.

Could be rust in the tank or solar panels.

Deniz1, that could be a reason as well. Earlier this year we had to have a new hot water tank and when they connected it up our water was dark chocolate brown for 36 hours. It finally cleared completely after about 6 days. But it didn't stink of sewage though!!
