Click the start button. bottom left corner. Type camera in the search bar just above the start button. This should give you options for using laptop camera. Well it does on my laptop. .

You can also click on the ? tab when the web cam is on screen.

Good luck

Deniz1, I had a problem accessing my inbuilt video camera. Go to the start button on the bottom left hand corner, when the box comes up, click on "Devices and Printers". This should ID the type of camera for you. Do a search on the internet for the drivers for this model, download them and install them, and hey presto, you should be able to use your camera. I get a panel emerging from the side. But when you use Skype, you'll get a box at the bottom which says something like "Phone with video". Click on that. Hope that helps.
Do your best to grow old disgracefully.
