From Istanbul to Stansted you do. Pack carefully a friend's i pad was broken in hold luggage.

Came over Tuesday asked at desk at Manchester about laptops as she told me the restrictions had been lifted so you can have them in hand luggage. We were flying with Turkish Airlines

You can carry on board with Pegasus no problem.

We flew back to the UK Wednesday and no restrictions on laptops. This was with Atlas via Istanbul.
