Re Grouting Apartment Balcony

Can anybody recommend somebody that would re grout my apartment balcony need the old grouting taken out and new grouting done to seal it. I live in Arapkoy

If the old grout is fine there is a clear waterproofer you can roller on that seals your whole terrace.
