Does anyone use Azant Insurance??

After seeing their advert on this board & reading their posts to say how marvellous they are I sent them an enquiry via their website on Friday morning. Having had no response, this morning I rang the mobile given as 'UK' which was not answered & several hours later nobody has come back to me.

Yes I use them. Always found them very efficient! I'm sure there is a valid reason for them not to have responded.
Give them another chance I'm sure you will be happy!

I am sorry that you are disappointed with our service.

However, I actually did reply to your message on Saturday night and gave you a price in that email. When I heard about your complaint last night from many satisfied customers I then forwarded the email again to you. Perhaps you can check your junk or spam email.

Yesterday morning I was in a meeting with clients and when I left the meeting there were many missed calls on my telephone. I called all of those numbers back but my guess is unfortunately because I had so many, my phone didnt register your number as a missed call as it only keeps so many in the history. I can only apologise for this inconvenience.

I wish you good luck with whichever company you choose to insure with.

Hi Groucho, We only work with Zirve Sigorta and they use Milli Reassurans in Turkey for reinsurance purposes.
