We’re looking for a long term let, preferably villa with pool, in the Alsancak,Lapta, Karsiyaka area.
Furnished or unfurnished.

References available ,if required by previous landlord.

i have a good friend [currntly in uk ] who has a gorgeous 4 bed villa large pool etc etc .
she is toying with renting it out for holiday lets .. however talking to her last night she said she would consider renting it out for long term . what kind of budget do you have ?. also gorgeous garden.... mountain and sea views .. awightmate ,
