How is "Parcelisation" Done

Can anyone give a definitive - whoops, wrong word as it's Cyprus so I'll use, "rough idea"

Does anyone one have a rough idea about how to get parcelisation?

It is the responsibility of the Builder / Developer to do this, but they don't usually do it until they're good and ready - if at all...

As for 'how to', it all depends on what stage the build has reached: -

Have you got a shared title deed to either the land on its own, or a title deed showing the land and dwelling(s)?

Villa? Apartment? On a complex or a small development?

Is the site complete?

Has 'Final Approval' been given, certifying that the property / all properties has been built to the specification for which Planning permission was granted, and are situated correctly on the site?
