How to collect permission to purchase
How do I collect my permission to purchase, Ihave e-mailed my solicitor Sener Law twice and not recieved any response. We bought our property on Crystal Bay Marina through Evergreen Developments seven years ago. Is there any other solicitor anybody could recommend to carry out this procedure.

We have had 5 solicitors (Advocates) in Girne. That says it all! We have now engaged an Advocate from Nicosia and things are moving along...at last.

I don't think there is anything to collect we were just informed of the number, eg 209/2006 (the year it was granted). Maybe ask your solicitor to confirm the number.

We had PTP in 2007 but we still have no Kocan. 11 years and still counting!

PTP and kocan are different animals. The former is a governmental process/decision, the later is a commercial decision dependent upon developer, land owner, bank mortgage/encumbrance etc.

Sometimes you get the relevant line cut out from a larger piece of paper with your details on. The office is in Lefkosa but it is so many years since I have been I cannot remember where.
I am sure another member will know?
You certainly do not need to employ another lawyer.

The office used to be in same building as immigration (where you get your residency stamp). It was upstairs, in the middle of the building. I imagine it's still there with the same folders piled up everywhere.

This is where we collected our PTP number from several years ago. It was hand written on a piece of paper and handed to us. The receptionist at the front desk will direct you.come_on_aylin wrote:The office used to be in same building as immigration (where you get your residency stamp).
