Re: Cost and process putting 2 names on car log book
We did this three years ago. Had to go to Lefkosa office, get a ticket number and queue. At the window, passports, DLs, kocan, stamps and 250 TL, plus a form the man filled in. He spoke very good English and put my pitiful attempt to speak in Turkish to shame. I suspect the stamp and cost will have risen. Not knowing where you live, I can only advise you seek information at your local Police HQ (Traffic Department) or a driving school.

Re: Cost and process putting 2 names on car log book
Hi Thomas,
We bought our car fairly recently and put both our names down when we went with the vendor to the Muhktar. We took this and the Log book to the Registration Office in Lefkosa and has been previously said, took a ticket and were dealt with very promptly with no hassle. A rare event in this country. From memory the cost of registration was in the region of 160/170ytl, someone will no doubt correct me.
Good luck
