MOT and EMISSIONS TESTS

Does anyone know the nearest place to Karsiyaka to get an emissions test done and also recommendations as to where to get car cleaned inside/out and also engine cleaned please?

We have had ours done at Tijen in the middle of Karaoglanoglu (we use them for all our servicing, repairs, etc) and also the garage near to St Tropez restaurant (near to Sams Place but on the main road, usually has a tractor parked out front). Not sure about cleaning as we don't bother very often!
