We are looking for a 3 bed villa, bungalow or house in the Catalkoy/Ozankoy area for long term rental but would consider slightly further afield for the right place. Pool not necessary but off road parking required. A minimum of 1 year required.

My friend has just purchased a 3 bedroomed house in Chatalkoy. It's brand new.
