Working hours for the cashier offices, 2nd column is times on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 3rd column is Thursday, not sure about last column but possibly the office handling enquiries.

Carrierbag, you seem to have 'accidentally' posted the URL of a file that is located on your own computer ( your URL started 'file:///C:/...' etc, meaning that the file is located on your 'C' hard drive) - and as none of us have access to your computer, we can't access the file like you can!
