Tumble dryer, purchase of

Evening all and a happy new year to you.

We are currently in the UK and will not be returning to NC for some months. My wife wants to use a tumble dryer when we are in NC, just to keep towels and the like soft. Can anyone advise if it is possible to buy a tumble dryer (new) in NC - or should we ship one across from the UK, please?

Not really interested in alternative methods of keeping towels soft, just whether it is possible to purchase tumble dryers in NC or not.

Halos sell them,we bought one from them. End of bye-pass Alsancak or opposite Lemar Karakum/ Girne. Condensing model & around 3kTL. Excellent dryer. AEG manufactured.

We bought ours in Arcelik in town. Condensing, which I personally don't think are as good as vented ones, but it does its job in the winter months.
I should think most electrical shops sell them.
