Can you buy bags of dry ready mixed cement and or concrete?

If yes, are they readily available at most yapi markets? i.e. Coban, Marshalls etc

Can't say I have seen any, why not call into Coban and ask if he hasn't he will know where you can, if you can

Tried to buy ready mixed concrete last year, the very helpful owner of Coban said it was not sold in the TRNC

The Yapi Market on the right before you get to Jasmine court, heading West out of Girne does stock small pre-mixed bags of mortar - you just add a specified amount of water to the bag, 'squidge it about a bit' and it's ready to use. Expensive for what it is, but OK for a small patch-up job.

One of the Yapi Markets just might split you a bag of cement, and sell you half if you ask nicely but I've never actually seen anyone do it. Still, if you don't ask, you don't get!

Or, one of the small 'jobbing builders' / repair firms might let you have a bit, if they've got some left over from a job - you need to be a bit cheeky and ask

many of the yapi markets sell them..you will have to look around..but they do sell them here !!!

I purchased half size (25kg) bags of cement and similar size bags of fine and coarse sand from Coban a few weeks ago.
