Don't knock it too hard, when I sent off my passport for renewal last year via DHL it took 10 days to get to Ankara!! Mind it only cost 50 euros to do that!
No matter how hard the past, you can always begin again.

Further on this subject, BRS tell me the next Government Liaison Meeting will be in April - when they will again bring up the subject of mail!!! Very urgent subject obviously! Ah well, for what it is worth I have written to Bey Akinci!!! I wonder if he will use the post system to reply!

Apologies if this is duplicated, did one and it has not appeared. BRS state they are going to bring up the matter of Mail again at the April Government Liaison Meeting - April! No urgency there then. ah well, I have written to Bey Akinci - wonder if he will reply by mail!
