just to let you know that I have created a blog about our new life in Cyprus.

We will be covering our rescuing of dogs, cats, a horse and a donkey. Lifestyle including sports available in Cyprus, our organic garden, Vegan recipes and we will also include reviews of local restaurants etc.

Kayc if you like horses, Monika has some at the little farm at Alagadi amongst other animals & some donkeys

Mr Davidson - Always happy to help with anything regarding organic gardening.

Kayc - We didn't expect to see any horses in Cyprus, I certainly didn't expect to see one in my garden.
We are very close to Monika's place, feel free to visit us sometime, entrance fee is an apple and a carrot.

Just had a look at your site and it looks amazing. The recipes look great but where do you source vegan mince?

Deniz1 - The riding school in Catalkoy is no longer going.

cjtill - Thank you, I used Linda McCartney's mince. I think we got it from Erdener or Sah supermarkets
