Does anyone know what these are I have them all over the house I keep spraying but they come back ?

I got rid of all of mine as you can see below - this is the product I used:

You dont need sprays or other chemicals as posted above to get rid of infestation ....... I found dancing naked in the rooms infested this gets rid of them, ... .... ( also gets rid of nosey neighbours) .... ...
