Road to Ercan
Been away for 6 weeks, have to collect friends from Ercan Thursday am, is the road over the mountain open then, if not which is easiest way from Ozankoy please?

Many more lorries on it at the moment grrr its due to the lefkosia road contraflow system. There was another accident yesterday involving a lorry just before Bufavento restaurant. Be careful.

Yes it is open..I drove over the mountain road on Monday.
Nearly got into 3 very serious accidents when idiots travelling towards GIrne tried to over take a convoy of traffic .
These drivers are crazy and have little concern for road safety so be very careful.,
