Anyone have a guillotine please

Hi everyone, I am preparing some forms for the EFRAR cancer charity event on 15th and I need to cut 300 printed A4 sheets into 600 A5. Does anyone, preferably in the Esentepe, Karakum area have a guillotine I could come and use to do it please?
