Stone Walls either Granite or Sand

HI
TRIED ON MAINTAINANCE BUT HAD NO REPLY. DOES ANYONE KNOW ROUGHLY THE COST OF A STONE WALL TO BE BUILT APPROX 30M X 1.5M HIGH .THANKS.

We can recommend a guy called Sahin (Shaheen) who knocked down our old wall & rebuilt a new one sorry cannot give you price per metre as he gave us a price for the job. He also had a contact for ironwork which was much cheaper than the ones we have used previously. The job was completed within the time he gave us which was a very pleasant surprise!

There is no granite for wall building in Cyprus... all granite is imported I believe. But you would be best to ask a local builder to come and give a quote... it costs nothing and is far better than guesswork. Do make sure they quote for laying a proper solid foundation - min 20cm. Otherwise you might find your wall lying on its side in a storm...
