No hen or stag parties, or groups under the age of 25. This Villa is a strictly non-smoking villa.

Prices
Prices are based on up to 4 people staying at the villa.
Additional guests will be charged at £10 per person per night during low and medium seasons
Additional guests will be charged at £15 per person per night during high season
A security deposit of £300 is required, which is refunded in full upon a satisfactory property inspection after departure.
Gas and water included in rental price with electric of up to 300 units per week
Any extra electricity will be charged at 25 pence per unit and deducted from the security deposit.
