Why doesn't KIBKOM remember my name and password when it suggests it will? I have to 'Log in' every time!

You have been bilked Bilco, like this PC Luddite ! I will be very surprised if KC does not know how to unbilk you so that you can wax lyrical entirely unfettered.

I have never logged out since I first logged in, I just go to my favourites bar, choose KIBCOM and I am straight in

Bilko,

As BLUE BUTTERFLY suggests, don't 'log out' when you shut your computer down, and "all things being equal" when you come back to Kibkom, you won't need to log in.

To some extent, it can depend on which 'Browser' you are using, (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, etc) and whether it has been set to 'wipe' all browsing history when you shut it down, - but try the above solution first, in fact ALWAYS try the easy things first, because if you don't, someone will come along after you've spent 2 Hrs at it , and THEY will suggest the easy thing...

I nev er log out, but sometimes I do have to log in. No great problem, but a little annoying when I tell the computer to recognise me each time I open up. I guess my computer is as disobedient as some of my children were - and probably me too.

Keith has it right, its probably a setting to wipe your history when you close down the browser.

journey1,

Then you should (dependent on which browser you are using) look in Tools or Option or Settings, clicking any 'more' or 'advanced' buttons that you spot - these will offer further choices, and look for anything that says something like 'delete my browsing history and/or cookies' when exiting, and 'untick' it!

It is also worth having a look to make sure that the browser is set to remember passwords - probably somewhere in the same vicinity, although that, in itself should not cause the problem that you are experiencing...
