Cauliflower rice

Has anyone attempted making it with broccoli as cauliflowers seem to have finished and I was going to make mushroom risotto (with cauliflower rice) tonight. Guessing it will be nice but Green!!

Would it work if you used frozen cauliflower?

Daughter says they now sell broccoli rice in Tesco so not a totally mad idea, doing it tonight.
