Greenhill Villa, Alsancak

Anyone have any idea where this property might be. We think it might be somewhere up the road that runs up the side of the K Pet Garage opposite the Dostlar. but can't find it. Then we thought it might be somewhere up near Greenheights, but can't track it down. Have seen a picture on the internet but its actual whereabouts are very vague. Any information would be much appreciated.

Its near the Villa Club which have their own website showing where they are
