I have already posted this but it seems to have appeared in the Gardening Forum - I am not having a good day!
I have BBC I Player on my desktop on which I have some downloaded programmes but it is flatly refusing to open today anyone any suggestions please? I am with Multimax if this is relevant.

Hi Ozankoys, I am with Multimax too, and my I player is working fine. I have had the odd problem in the past when it refused to open, so I just restarted the computer....couldn't think what else to do, but it seemed to work. Good luck

Ahhh yes, I think that might have happened to me too, so I had to download again, if I remember right. Don't know what caused it though.....I thought it was just a 'glitch'....

Our i player is fine too. Don`t normally use I player to watch tv but record via TV Chaos and u torrent. That way if you record and there is a power cut or if you have to turn your computer off for some reason then it picks up recording where you left off. Not sure if it does this with I player . Plus i player gives you a time limit to watch it....I think............

Mine also does not work and it seems the new update of adobe air is the problem

I had a problem in the summer and presumed it was my fault, but since then I saw that they also had another problem in July, it explained a lot.
It pays to look at their iplayer help page!!
