does anybody know which is the best sites to look at for downloadıng music
to a iphone 4?

Amazon is pretty good and a lot cheaper than Apple. I'm sure there are others but don't know them

As far as im aware you can only get music to the iphone through your itunes, by either installing from a CD or hard-drive or by purchasing in the Apple store.

yes and they know your in turkey ie IP so there is not alot you can get from itunes
